We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Regional Sales Manager (Asset Finance) to join our growing team. You'll take ownership of your broker portfolio, build strong relationships, uncover new opportunities and drive business growth. This is a fast-paced, field-based role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, winning new business and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver great outcomes for brokers and customers.

You'll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Credit, Operations and Sales Support, sharing expertise, solving problems together and supporting each other to achieve the best outcomes for brokers and customers.

This is a home and field-based role, with one day per week spent in our Fleet office.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be the face of InterBay Asset Finance within your region, building strong broker relationships, spotting new opportunities and helping deals cross the finish line. It's a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll have the freedom to manage your own broker portfolio while working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver great outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Growing and strengthening relationships with finance brokers, generating new business and becoming their go-to contact.
• Managing your own pipeline from enquiry to payout, keeping opportunities moving, forecasts accurate and deals progressing smoothly
• Structuring asset finance solutions that meet customer needs while balancing risk, profitability and customer outcomes.
• Working closely with Credit and Operations teams to overcome challenges, progress applications and get deals over the line.
• Spending time in the market meeting brokers, visiting customers and uncovering new opportunities
• Delivering against ambitious but achievable volume targets while maintaining a high-quality portfolio and exceptional service for brokers and customers.

• Proven experience within the asset finance market, with a strong track record of generating and converting new business opportunities.
• Experience building, managing and growing broker relationships within a broker-led sales environment in the field.
• Strong knowledge of hard asset finance, deal structuring and credit fundamentals.
• The ability to manage your own pipeline, priorities and regional portfolio effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the confidence to work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues across the business.
