We’re looking for a Senior Propositions Manager to work alongside the Transformation teams to lead the development and evolution of our savings propositions across the Group. This is a leadership role combining proposition strategy, customer insight and delivery expertise to shape and enhance our savings products, platforms and customer journeys.
Working closely with the Group Head of Savings Propositions & Planning, you’ll help define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Group’s savings propositions, ensuring the successful delivery of new products, proposition enhancements and customer-focused initiatives across all brands, channels and platforms.
These roles can be based from our Wolverhampton, Chatham, or London office, with occasional travel between OSB Group locations.
As Senior Propositions Manager, you will lead a small Savings Proposition team and act as a key strategic lead within the wider savings function.
