We are currently looking for 2 Principal Engineers (Payments and Accounts) to play pivotal leadership roles across our payments and core banking technology landscape. These roles combine deep technical expertise with strong people and delivery leadership, shaping how we design, build and run payment solutions and drive the development and delivery of the Accounts domain technology platform across the Group.
Working closely with senior technology and value stream leaders, and reporting to the Group Head of Engineering, you’ll help define strategy while actively driving end-to-end delivery to ensure our core banking and payment platforms are secure, scalable and future-ready.
These roles can be based from our Wolverhampton, Chatham or London office and will require occasional travel between all OSB Group locations.
