As a Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead on the InterBay marketing plan and activation activities, delivering full mix marketing to support B2B/B2C strategies.
You will have the unique opportunity to take ownership for the delivery of the InterBay marketing plan, ensuring differentiation from other group brands and competitors and working with multiple channel owners to ensure activities align.
You will lead InterBay communications planning and delivery to support both new business and customer retention. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you’ll coordinate product launches and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels. You’ll also create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, shape and execute a compelling content strategy with our creative team, manage and report on the InterBay marketing budget, and provide support to the sales team with marketing collateral.
