As a Senior Agile Business Analyst in the Core Banking value stream within our Group Transformation function, you will join a growing and supportive environment. You will report into the Product Owner and play a critical role in defining solutions that are desirable, feasible and sustainable, supporting delivery across the full product lifecycle. You will act as a key conduit between business stakeholders and our lab development teams, engineers and domain services, ensuring alignment with the Product Owner’s vision, goals and prioritised backlog.
This role can be based in either the Wolverhampton or Chatham office and has the benefit of operating within our hybrid-working policy and will require occassional travel to our London office.
As a Senior Agile Business Analyst, you’ll ensure all functional and technical user stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR) standards, from feasibility and journey mapping through to clear acceptance criteria and delivery effort estimates. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll gather, challenge and analyse requirements, translating them into high-quality user stories. You’ll act as a key link between product owners, development teams, engineers and domain services to ensure delivery aligns to product vision and outcomes.
