At OSB Group, our savings propositions are central to delivering fair value, strong customer outcomes and sustainable growth. The Senior Proposition Manager – Savings plays a key role in shaping, evolving and delivering those propositions across the Group’s brands.
Reporting to the Group Head of Savings Propositions, you will lead a small team of Savings Proposition Managers and be responsible for designing and delivering the propositional development roadmap across the Group’s brands, platforms and channels. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will ensure the effective innovation and execution of new propositions, products and enhancements, translating deep customer insight into compelling, compliant and customer-led outcomes.
The role can be based from Wolverhampton or Chatham may require occasional travel between OSB offices.
As Senior Proposition Manager – Savings, you will work in partnership with the Group Head of Savings Propositions to develop and execute a robust savings proposition strategy that supports cost-effective growth and strengthens the Group’s savings brands, channels and platforms. To be successful you’ll ensure each proposition reflects brand values, resonates with target customer segments and continues to evolve in line with market, regulatory and customer expectations.
