The Head of Commercial Delivery - Savings plays a critical role in making this happen. This role is responsible for the successful execution of initiatives required to deliver the Group’s Savings Strategy.
The role reports into Group Savings Director and will work alongside the Head of Saving Propositions and Head of Savings Product to drive sustainable growth and profitability across our savings portfolio, translating strategic intent into operational reality and ensuring commercial, customer and financial outcomes are fully realised.
The role can be based from Wolverhampton, Chatham or London will require travel between all OSB Group locations.
As Head of Commercial Delivery - Savings, you will ensure the effective execution of commercial and proposition initiatives across the savings portfolio, embedding changes operationally and driving the full realisation of expected customer and financial outcomes. Leveraging your strong stakeholder engagement skills, you will work in close partnership with Proposition and Risk teams to balance growth ambitions with credit risk appetite, providing clear leadership across delivery governance and reporting.
