About the team

The People Operations team are the core of the People Department. We are looking for a People Data Analyst to support with the team’s data analytics. This is a great opportunity to join a happy, successful team and develop your People and data experience in this dynamic organisation.

What you will be doing?

As the People Data Analyst, you will support the People function by harnessing data and technology to help improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

 

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for People analytics, systems, and continuous improvement.

 

Your responsibilities will include…

 

  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel and Power BI to provide insights into workforce trends and support strategic decision-making
  • Producing regular and ad hoc reports to validate data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and support People-related initiatives
  • Collecting and analysing both qualitative and quantitative People data to identify key trends and inform business strategy
  • Supporting the maintenance of the People system (Dayforce), ensuring data accuracy and optimal system performance
  • Managing the People team’s purchase order process, ensuring timely review and submission for all recruitment, contractor, and monthly People-related invoices
  • Collaborating with the team to manage the end-to-end administration of the employee lifecycle, including accurate and timely updates for new starters, internal moves, and leavers
  • Managing the People inbox, triaging queries efficiently and escalating when necessary

We offer a base salary depending on experience of £23,000 - £25,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

Do you have the skills?

  • Previous experience in a people function or learning analytics
  • Previous experience working with people (HR) systems, ideally Dayforce
  • GCSE’s in Maths and English
