The IT Service Management team is responsible for helping to design, deliver, manage and improve the IT services provided by the IT team to the business. We are a large team operating from a number of sites, split into the three key areas of Service Assurance (tasked with protecting live IT services), Service Operations (tasked with delivering a quality service to end-users) and the Service Management Office (which provides service ownership and governance).
In this role, you will assist the Head of IT Service Continuity in defining the IT service continuity and disaster recovery strategy and policy. This includes providing support, enforcing adherence to policy and understanding technology and business requirements, as well as delivering the Service Continuity Management processes. In addition, this role includes service continuity risk management, disaster recovery (“DR”) management, and relationship management with senior stakeholders.
