The Infrastructure Operations Team supports the banks daily operations across OSB Group's sites and branch offices via the management of core infrastructure through monitoring, event management, project delivery and BAU support.
The M365 Lead Design Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, upgrades and performance of Microsoft M365 Services within OSB Group.
You will be the overall M365 SME within the team and assist in high through to low level design support transition of architectural proposals from Technical Design Authority approval through to Low Level Design responsibilities and readiness for deployment.
Practising a M365 design philosophy focussed on performance, resilience, security and scalability the position holder will be entrusted to provide tailored solutions based on industry best-practice principals that ensure strong strategic positioning for future advancement and expansion of the infrastructure.
