The Property Services team supports the Bank by ensuring that a suitable estate of premises is always available and that these locations are maintained, and services offered to provide a safe, comfortable and engaging workplace for colleagues.
The role carries overarching responsibility for the operational management of property services, together with the delivery of a range of projects in support of the Group’s corporate real estate. The role holder will report to the Group Underwriting and Real Estate Director in order to achieve the Bank’s strategic and operational objectives in line with its purpose, vision and values.
The role includes responsibility for the effective management of the Property Services team, with direct reports including two Office Managers and will support multiple sites across the UK. Building Manager, KRBS Branch & CAFM Manager and Project Delivery Manager,

We offer a highly competitive base salary between £65000 - £70000 and a £6000 car allowance, dependent on experience, together with a comprehensive benefits package including:
