The Credit Assurance team sits within the Group’s Risk Assurance Function which reports to the Group Head of Risk Assurance and overseen by the Chief Compliance Officer.
The Team supports the Bank by providing independent and composite qualitative and quantitative credit risk monitoring and assurance on lending and credit activities including adherence to Credit Risk Frameworks, Appetite, Policies, and procedures as well assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of Credit Decisioning.
The team is exceptionally flexible with a strong spirit of collaboration, fostering a highly positive and productive work environment. In addition, we are also responsible for providing assurance on the performance of the Financial Support Team, checking policy and process adherence and assessing how this transpires into good customer outcomes via various Quality Assurance activities within First Line.
As the Credit Risk Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Credit Risk Assurance Manager in overseeing and managing the credit risk assurance operating framework within the Group.
