As Group Head of Cloud & Platforms, you will provide technical leadership and direction to a team of Engineers across the UK and India to drive the cloud transformation strategy with an Azure-first approach whilst modernising our core banking and payment platforms.
The role will report into the Technology Transformation Director and you will have the autonomy and ownership to drive cloud adoption withing OSB Group's technology transformation.
Please note, this role can be based from our London, Chatham or Wolverhampton office and has the benefit of operating within our hybrid-working policy. This role will require interaction across all relevant sites and some travel between UK and India offices will be required.
As Group Head of Cloud & Platforms, you will have a solid engineering and Azure cloud architecture background to drive the cloud transformation strategy, evolving cloud governance frameworks, optimising costs and ensuring regulatory compliance through agile deliver. As a dual function role, modernisation of core banking platforms, payment systems (UK focus), and customer-facing applications for Savings and Mortgages whilst maximising business value through cloud adoption is key.
