Transformation will deliver significant automation opportunities and seamless end to end customer and colleague experiences. The programme is delivering at pace, using agile practices giving the entire organisation an opportunity to optimise their ways of working and approach to their own function’s skills to adapt for a modernised organisation. OSB Group has entered a maturing stage in its corporate lifecycle making it a prime moment to evolve its approach to the people and skills.
The Group Learning Team will be responsible for creating and delivering learning journeys and content for skills or knowledge capabilities required across the whole enterprise e.g regulatory learning and future skills literacy programmes, working with the relevant SMEs within the People Function and across the Group. The Group Learning team will also be responsible for capability requirements specific to business functions across OSB where relevant.

In this varied and interesting role, you will play a critical role in delivering OSB Group’s Learning & Skill Strategy. Working across the breadth of the organisation, you will be responsible for supporting our enterprise-wide learning pathways by contributing the most relevant content whether this is internally designed or sourced externally. You will take a proactive role to ensure OSB takes a blended approach to learning with appropriate balance of digital and facilitated learning across different channels.
You will also have the opportunity to work creatively, delivering learning through facilitation or orchestration of campaigns, comms and events.
There will be occasional travel to our UK sites.
Please note this is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.
