What you will be doing

As Head of Data Architecture, you will lead the development and implementation of data architecture solutions across the organization. Key responsibilities include setting architectural direction, defining data frameworks and standards, leading a team of data architects and analysts, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive adoption of data strategies. Additionally, you will provide subject matter expertise, ensure compliance with data governance policies, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include…

 

  • Lead the development and implementation of data architecture solutions.
  • Set architectural direction and define data frameworks and standards.
  • Lead a team of 5-6 data architects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of data strategies.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in data architecture and technology.
  • Shape the future of data architecture in banking.

In return for your commitment

We offer a base salary dependent on experience and a competitive benefits package including:

 

  • Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 40%

Could you be the one?

We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:

 

  • Previous work experience in people management.
  • Previous experience in cloud data or cloud data platforms specifically Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of / in DataBricks and Microsoft Synapse.
  • Qualifications in or working towards TOGAF / DMBOK or similar.
