What you will be doing

The key purpose of this role is to provide a high level of administration to the Asset Management and Specialist Financial Support Team, whilst ensuring that the daily activities are processed and administered correctly.

 

Your responsibilities will include…

 

  • Responding to all enquiries, whether received by telephone, in writing or in person, efficiently and in accordance with the Group Arrears Management and Forbearance Policy and Asset Management processes
  • Providing administrative support for all properties in possession by liaising with Asset Management companies, Law of Property Act (LPA) Receivers & solicitors from repossession/appointment to the completion of the sale
  • Collating MI on a monthly basis and producing the relevant MI dashboards for the Real Estate Asset Managers
  • Loading new Bridging cases onto the system and carrying out initial reviews by telephone with customers to establish exit plans
  • Processing invoices for payment and notifying borrowers accordingly
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements with particular emphasis on the Group’s Vulnerable Customer Policy and Mortgage Conduct of Business (MCOB) requirements

In return for your commitment

We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £25,000 - £27,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

  • Previous work experience in an administrative role using varying forms of communication
  • Experience working in a collections and/or litigation position
  • GCSE’s in Maths and English
